Box Squats


135 lb. Box Squats on an 8.5" box Finished with 175x3 on 12" box. The key to box squats is to keep pushing back with your hips and maintain a vertical shin. As you sit and lean back slightly, relax the quadraceps. When you begin to come back up lean forward slightly, engage the quadraceps and push from the bottom of the glutes to a full lock out position.
