Hello Cardio! Here is a great way to incorporate Rope climbs into your cardio regiman. This will definitely help your upper body strength. If you cannot do all of the rope climbs, that's ok. You can do 400 meters, 1 Rope climb x 5 sets. Go at YOUR Pace! Remember it is your Journey!
