Warm-up on the Treadmill for 5-8 Minutes, getting blood flow through your hips and legs. Here is exactly what my workout consisted of:
155x2x9 Used belt on last 3 sets
210x1 Put Knee Sleeves on
Add Green Bands:
Attach the bands to the Middle Peg on top of the Squat rack. Loop band around the inside of the plates on the barbell. Make sure you have enough weight on the barbell so it doesn't "lift" out of the rack.
If you have never done this before, get a spotter. I would suggest taking the last weight you did with out the bands and do it with the bands so you have a feel for the movement.
Finish up this workout with
Leg Press x15x4
Leg Extensions x15x4
Seated Calf Raises x15x4
