Benching with a "Ram" or "SlingShot"
If you find yourself in Bench Press "purgatory," try using the Ram in your Bench Training.
Make sure you warm up and get your "work sets" in.
Warm up your shoulders with internal & external rotation exercises x 10-15 x 3 sets
This is just an example of your attempts:
Bar x8x2 sets
185x3x5 sets on your 5th set of 185, put on the ram and perform your set of 3.
Ram 205-225 x 3 x 3
Always use a spotter and start with weight that you can confidently do for 3 or more reps when beginning.
