Basics 101 - The PRECOR Shoulder Press


Just like the PRECOR Chest Press, you can adjust your seat height to fit you. You can also change your grip to incorporate more medial (the middle part of the shoulder or anterior (front part of the shoulder) delts.

Try doing two sets with your palms facing forward and then switch grips to a neutral grip (palms facing each other) and get another two sets.
