Barbell Push-ups

Clean

Push Press

1/4 Mile Run

For Time

Basically this is done in rounds. The first round is 21 Reps consisting of Barbell Push-up; then go right into the Clean; then right into the Push Press for a total of 21 reps then run a 1/4 Mile (200M)
