A Good Night's Sleep can be the Difference in your Training the Following Day


If you are having trouble getting to sleep at night, here are a few tips that might help you mingle with Mr. Sandman:

An Hour before hitting the Sheets:

1. Shut off the computer. Which means, turn off Facebook, Instagram and no Snap Chat. Also it's best to stay out of your email account. It will be there for you in morning.

2. Grab a cup of Chamomile Tea. It is a great way to relax, and is caffeine free.

3. Diffuse 5 drops of Ancient Apothecary's Organic Lavender Essential Oil. (If you do not have a diffuser, put a 2-3 drops on your pillow.)
