Killer Cardio


If you know me, you know how much I despise cardio. For me, it's not fun, it's just BORING. I could think of thousands of other things I could be doing, like laundry, scrubbing the bathroom floor, picking up dog poop, etc. I don't like to do any of those things either, but I know I HAVE to do them.

Sometimes I play number games in my head while I am counting down the minutes left to go on this torteous device. Seriously, who said: "Hey, let's make a machine that stays in one place while the person on them prays for death to come quickly?" I'd like to meet that person and shake their hand. (sic)

So here's a workout/number game I started doing and it's helped a lot. Throw on some tunes and get moving!

5 Minutes - Incline 0, Level 15

3 Minutes - Incline 5, Level 30

3 Minutes - Incine 0, Level 20

3 Minutes - Incline 7, Level 45

3 Minutes - Incline 0, Level 25

3 Minutes - Incline 10, Level 60

5 Minutes - Incline 0, Level 30

3 Minutes - Incline 7, Level 75

3 Minutes - Incline 0, Level 25

3 Minutes - Incline 5, Level 60

3 Minutes - Incline 0 Level 30

3 Minutes - Incline 3, Level 45

3 Minutes - Incline 0, Level 15
