9/11Workout

Anniversaries are fun ways to look back on an exciting time in your life and celebrate. Wedding Anniversaries come to mind immediately. But sometimes they are reminders of more sinister times. September 11, 2001 is one of those dates and this is one of those "Anniversaries."

Everyone can recall where they were and what they were doing. I know I do and I remember making a phone call to the gym and Mary picked up the phone and we were nearly in tears talking about what we had just witnessed.

There are a few ways to look at this moving forward. The past of what once was and what we have learned from it and how we can use those experiences to move forward in our "new normal."

So many people vowed to make changes in their lives because maybe they finally realized that they weren't LIVING, they were merely existing. So let's use that to push ourselves to finally set goals and work on achieving those goals!

Let's do this!
