C - 50 Air Squats P - 10 Toes to Bar

D - 10 Pistols (Each Leg) Q - 5 Inch Worms

E - 5 Burpees R - 15 Pull ups

F - 1 Rope Climb S - 15 Knees to Elbows

G - 20 Sit-ups T - 10 Walls Ball Shots

H - 100 Meter Row U - 50 High Knees

I - 20 Mountain Climbers V - 15 Side Lunges (Each Leg)

J - 25 Squat Jumps W - 10 Hyper Extensions

K - 10 Shoulder Press X - 1 Minute Plank

L - 10 KB Swings Y - 25 Leg Lifts

M - 30 Crunches Z - 2 Muscle Ups
