Happy New Year!


Happy New Year! Let's start it off right with a nice sweet little leg workout!

This took me about an hour to finish. After the workout I had my After Workout Meal (Meal 2):

One Scoop of Cinnamon Apple Bone Broth Protein and a Pear.

I worked in my office a few hours and had Meal 3:

5 oz. tilapia and 100 grams of basmati white rice.

Let that settle and back at it for some cardio YAY!!!

Then back home to play with my dogs!
