Day 3 of Quarantine



Super-set

1. Floor Press - 15x4 Lying on the floor - (with Barbell or dumbbells if you have them) you can use milk jugs filled equally with water/sand adding more water or sand each set, cans of soup or other canned goods (don't laugh, I've done it) just make sure they weigh the same.


2. Push-ups AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) x 3





Super-set

1. Standing Dumbbell Press 12-15x4 - Using same water/sand jugs (lighten up if needed)


2. Dumbbell Front Raise - 12-15x4 - Using same canned goods



Super-set

1. Lying Dumbbell Skull Crushers - 15x4 - Lay on the floor using the same water/sand jugs (again lighten up if needed, then add more weight each set)


2. Dips - AMRAP x 4 - Using your coach, sofa or chair. You can make it more difficult by adding weight to your lap like your child, dog, heavy object
