How to Be Consistant

Updated: Mar 25

Want to know the secret to consistent workouts each day? Simple: Plan it out the night before Here are 3 easy steps to help you:

1. Schedule a time for yourself to workout.

Treat yourself as important as you treat your professional obligations, and keep the appointment with yourself.

2. Write out your workout.

I can't stress this enough, this is where consistency starts.

3. Pack your gym bag

This will save you time in the morning and ensure you don't forget anything. It takes about 5 minutes to prepare yourself for the next days workout,  but it gives you

a) A scheduled time

b) A structured workout plan c) The anticipation of tackling your goals

This increases your chances of getting to the gym on a consistent basis.

It takes time to create a habit, in fact, it takes 66 days. But let’s just start with tonight. Start today by writing out a plan to succeed tomorrow. Pack your gym bag and get a good night's sleep. I hope this little hint helps you find more consistency.
