Achieving Fitness Over 35

We have all said at one time or another "This is the year I'm going to lose weight" or "I'm going to get in shape".  It always ends the same way, you find yourself older and worse off than before! Where did the time go? How did I fail to start?

Everyone follows the same basic route to failure:

 

Let's destroy your previous experiences.  We have a much better way to help you workout to Burn Fat and Build Lean Muscle. 

TIME:  This is a "Life Happens" start time.  Which means there is no start time, just come between the specified training hours and your coach will be ready to begin with your fun and safe workout. No appointments  and no more being embarrassed because you are late for class.

(All workouts must be finished by the end time (Monday - Friday 10 am, 7 pm and Saturday 11 am NO EXCEPTIONS)

Exercising by yourself is NOT FUN:  Come enjoy the energetic atmosphere, without fear of looking silly.  Make some new friends and help keep each other accountable to your workouts.   

Dieting SUCKS:    Yes,  I said that! You know I'm not wrong!  Since we only have you for about 60 minutes that leaves 23 hours of pitfalls for you to fall into.  That's why you will be supported with menu and portion suggestions from our in-house Sports Nutritionist.

I don't want to be EMBARRASSED:   

1.  The workout area is upstairs and away from the general population of the gym.

2.  Your coaches will be ready with a fun workout designed for your goals.

3.  You will be shown how to do the exercises and you will be able to workout at your own pace with the occasional friendly nudge from your coaches. 

4.  There will be NO WEIGH INS, NO BEING MEASURED. We are here to enhance your life,not shame you.

The consultation is for the coaching staff, so that we can learn your needs, goals, injuries and any illnesses we need to work around.
