             Sebastian Pospieszalski, Personal Trainer

Sebastian’s niche for fitness began when he was just 14. Only a few short years ago, he was a scrawny kid that could almost wrap his fingers around his upper arm. Understanding that his training and nutrition was the issue, and guided by a will to build muscle, he began weight training with the long term goal of competing in mind. After trial and error, he learned what works and what doesn’t. His results brought others to ask for advice, prompting his eventual pursuit of a personal training certification. To better understand just how far the human body can be pushed, Sebastian accomplished a long-term goal of his, at 18, stepping on the bodybuilding stage at the OCB Colonial Open in 2022. He is now continuing a promising career as a trainer while working towards future bodybuilding competitions.
